MARIO N. ALIOTO

Mr. Alioto has been actively engaged in
the field of antitrust law since 1973, with emphasis on class actions.
In addition, he has personally litigated many antitrust cases, tried two such cases
to verdict, and has been involved in many large class actions involving the Federal
antitrust laws.
Mr. Alioto continues to specialize in class actions and antitrust and was recently
involved in the appellate proceedings upholding the indirect purchaser provisions
of California's antitrust law, the Cartwright Act, in the California Coconut
Oil case.
Mr. Alioto also specializes in general business litigation, including trials and
appeals.
