Ms. Lin
joined Trump, Alioto, Trump & Prescott, LLP in 2004 and works
primarily from the Fremont office. Her practice consists of business
and employment litigation, as well as commercial transactions. Prior
to moving to the San Francisco Bay Area, Ms. Lin practiced law in
Southern California for approximately seven years. Ms. Lin’s
experience includes securities law, insurance coverage, contract
disputes and employment discrimination in State and Federal Courts.
Ms. Lin served as trial counsel and consultant for a multinational
satellite television company.
Ms. Lin worked as congressional
aide to Taiwan legislator Lo-Tsui Lim before attending the University
of Washington, School of Law. While a law student, Ms. Lin interned
with the Seattle Public Defender’s Office and also worked
with the Northwest Battered Women’s Legal Defense Coalition.
Ms. Lin, who is fluent in Taiwanese and Mandarin, has experience
volunteering as an ESL instructor for Asian Immigrant Women’s
Advocates in the San Francisco Bay Area during her Berkeley years.
